David Engelhardt ESQ. - Founding Attorney

David Engelhardt is the founding attorney of Engelhardt Law. He is admitted to practice in New York State and federal courts where his focus is working with individuals in the areas of business litigation and transaction. He has handled complex civil litigation, and argued and won before the First Department Appellate Division on a case with more than 50 million dollars in controversy. David has consulted on best business practices for both domestic and international transactions throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. David also practices entertainment law with a focus on the music industry having; thus far represented Grammy Award winning artists as well as label, admin, and publishing companies. David has been quoted in publications such as Forbes, Business News Daily, & Inc. Magazine. 

David received his Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, where he majored in Philosophy. He graduated as a scholarship recipient from Regent University Law School, where he competed nationally in appellate advocacy, was a graduate assistant for professors in the fields of both Intellectual Property and contracts, and gained valuable experience while interning with the United States Air Force and United States Coast Guard, and working with the American Center for Law and Justince on matters of Constitutional law. 

In the community, David has acted as a Pro-Bono representative of the Bowery Mission, was on staff at The Kings College as the coach of the 2017-18 Mock Trial Team, is the Lead Pastor at the manhattan congregation Kings’ Church, and is a Board Member of Turning Point USA.
